If those hours in development are insufficient then there will be a risk of serious brain dysfunction certainly inefficient or poor cognition
In human brain development so much "downtime" is required that the play function augments the sleep function

I do not usually like to deploy big and impressive words. I mean, why would I try to impress anyone? I do not need to impress anyone. I have been doing this work since I was 12 years old or so, so that's 50 years. A long time. No one wants to work hard for that long, right? It just so happens that it is necessary.
I think it was about 20 years ago that I called up Robert Mundell. I may have called him or he may have emailed me or maybe I emailed him. I simply cannot remember. We became friends, though I have to concede he was nothing but business. He was a very serious guy, at least that was my impression. He was obsessed with enhancing “economic performance” and he is credited with coming up with the idea of European common currency. He is also credited with creating the economic theory that the supply side is the most powerful and dominant. Enhance the supply side, he argued. He's right, I am fully in agreement with him. Smash the theory which is depressing inefficiencies. Remove them entirely, almost entirely.
Robert Mundell and I became friends. The reason is obvious. We both want to accelerate economic and human development. Bring more efficiency to the creation of wealth. The creation of the European Monetary Union may not have happened without him. Astonishing, his influence. It was in the 1960s that he started talking about it, apparently. Now the Europeans cannot imagine living without it. Slavs in Ukraine want to be in the euro zone. I do not recall when I first got in touch with Robert Mundell, it was perhaps soon after I started publishing World Affairs Monthly. We finally did an interview in June 2007.
Europeans had become used to the idea that they would slaughter each other, over the centuries. Wars and bloodshed, endless wars really. Then the United States of America intervened and a Canadian named Robert Mundell provoked a fury when he began to realize the nation state currency protocol was pretty dumb. Hugely inefficient. I think I recall that Mundell and I talked about his proposal that the world use a world currency – one single currency. I am pretty sure we discussed that. I told him frankly that the idea is intriguing but I am pretty sure I argued that we needed competition and so one currency would suppress competition. He and I had a debate about that. I am not sure who won this debate. I will republish the audio interview as soon as possible, then you can listen to him argue what he wanted to argue. Mundell was not shy.
I will propose that we turn to about 6 monetary or currency unions: the dollar zone in the Western Hemisphere; the euro zone in Europe; the ruble zone in Russia and the former Russian Empire; the levant in the Middle East and Central Asia; the yuan in Asia; and the bantu in Africa. I think that will do it. Mundell might be happy with that. Have I won the debate? He's unfortunately dead, April 2021, so we will not know what he thinks. I doubt he would challenge me. He would go along.
By the way, I am calling the Middle East currency the levant. The African currency will be called the bantu. You like the names?
I propose that we dismantle the Israeli state. Yes I am serious. Most of the other Middle Eastern states will also be dismantled. OK yes they will keep some degree of sovereignty but they will have the power of membership in a monetary union. Economic development in the underdeveloped regions of the world will accelerate very rapidly. We will have global economic growth in output of at least 10%-15%. Wall Street will probably double or triple, as will other equity markets in the world.
I know the Ashkenazi Jews think they can steal Arab land and do genocide in the Levant. Without Ashkenazi Jews controlling the United States government, they might not be able to do this. That is the issue: will they able to just kill anyone they want? I know, they got their Bible arguments – which is total garbage.
We are entering a new era and economic and human development will be paramount. Gangsters will no longer be able to destroy this development power. Robert Mundell was a great guy and I am fortunate to have had him as a friend and ally.
