The sleep function develops the brain and during development the human brain requires a much higher number of hours in sleep function
If those hours in development are insufficient then there will be a risk of serious brain dysfunction certainly inefficient or poor cognition
In human brain development so much "downtime" is required that the play function augments the sleep function
There is little cognition in the developing brain so "instruction" or schooling is damaging to the brain because the play function is suppressed

Really since I was a young boy I have been fascinated with animals, in particular mammals. I used to collect the remains of rodents who were killed and eaten by owls. I would go up to the Saratoga cemetery in town, not far from my family's home, and collect the skeletons of these rodents. I would piece them together. I collected a fair number of them, studied them carefully. I did not have the internet obviously so I would have to go to the library and get books on mammals. I would have to go to big libraries not the little Saratoga Library [though this library was pretty big because Saratoga was and is a very affluent suburb of Santa Clara County].
It was not easy for me to conduct my research and studies. I was forced to go to school and I had to put up with all the stupid activities that I was expected to do as a young teenager. Going to places on my bicycle was imperative but then I got my license to drive vehicles in 1974 and then I was free! Then to all the libraries in the San Francisco Bay Area, in particular the library at Stanford University.
The mammal brain is the center of information processing. This is obvious, right? Well, yes it is but there appears to be little real understanding just how this processor works. What modern “scientists” like to do is gather together a bunch of impressive-sounding names and describe what they think is going on. It is somewhat sensible what they say but not much more than that. I am not sure I can say I am impressed. I am generally not. Neuroscience is OK and I like to talk my friend Mr Wes Ashford MD PhD. He's a medical doctor, a psychiatrist as well as neuroscientist. He's a cool guy and we talk often. I do sometimes find his ideas odd but then again I am always listening carefully. He clearly takes a fairly paranoid approach which is good but it can sometimes go too far. In fact, in a few days we will be doing an interview. Should be interesting!
I sent him an email recently and I have published it below. I also publish below several emails I recently sent to my Ashkenazi Jewish friend Mr James Howard Kunstler. This is all about the mammal brain, in particular the human mammal brain. It is the basis of neuroscience, at least I am going to assert this. We will see if history shows me to be largely correct. I will argue that I am correct but we will have to see.
The fierce Germanic tribes of Europe could not be subjugated by the Romans. Then the low level Ashkenazi Jews of Russia and Eastern Europe many centuries later took on the Germans. Mistake! It is all about the capacity to make war, kill inferior mammals. I do not have a good feeling about this Jewish tribe and it is not even certain they are genetically Jews. Their brains are inferior, very likely. They do not really know how to build a fearsome human civilization. For this reason they will likely be wiped out. Finally wiped out.
