Yesterday I called the United States Department of Justice, Northern District of California. They did not answer, which didn't surprise me. Not really. Maybe they will call me back, but I doubt it. The last time we spoke was back in 2023 when my son was being illegally detained by Sonoma County and Laura Passaglia, the Superior Court judge in Santa Rosa. I left a detailed message, when they listen to it they will be realizing they got a serious problem. The US government is going to bring down Sonoma County. It's going to be hilarious.

In 2023 the DOJ intervened and sent out a psychiatrist to evaluate my son for “legal competence” – which I had not requested. No one in the court had any idea who ordered this psychiatrist to come out to the jail, they were definitely freaked out by it. It was the day after I called the DOJ, if my memory is correct. I had argued to the DOJ that my son's civil rights were being violated. I was told by the DOJ to file, on behalf of my son, a civil rights complaint with them. I have yet to do so, I will explain why in another article. Incidentally, the psychiatrist determined that my son was "legally competent."  

The local newspaper The Press Democrat wrote up a defamatory article about my son and I and published it back then, in, I believe, May or June 2023. It was obviously Israeli intelligence. So what did they say about us? It's hilarious. They depicted us as “neo-Nazis” who basically want to kill Jews. My web sites got a huge amount of traffic after it was published. I was laughing really hard when I found out about it, I got several emails from strangers asking to meet me, they were impressed. Hilarious.

One email I got was from a local pychiatrist. Abilash Gopal, MD. I publish his email down below. He told me he was super impressed. I think he is a forensic psychiatrist. He lives in Monte Rio. “Keep up the good work!," he wrote. I called him several times, he never called back. He went to Princeton and got his MD at Tufts. I think I remember he did his residency at UCSF. Why didn't he ever call me back? I assume it's because he's afraid. Jews. Satan.

Israeli intelligence owns Sonoma County. I will describe in detail what Sonoma County authorities have done to me and my son and my family, in future articles. It is horrifying. My son Christophe is incarcerated in the Main Adult Detention Facility in Santa Rosa, CA. It's managed by the Sheriff Department.

It's normal to be afraid of Satan. I'm not, nor is my son. But my son is not a criminal. The jail will not let my wife and I visit my son. My son did nothing, really. Just verbal crap, verbal threats. Back in May 2023 they tried to depict my son as a terrorist, a Nazi “white nationalist” terrorist. They sent a bomb squad to our home in Bodega Bay. They thought they would find weapons and bomb-making materials. They found nothing, obviously. These law enforcement authorities are criminals, as I've said. This is all orchestrated by a diplomat or deep cover agent from the Israeli Consulate in San Francisco. I assume quite a bit of money is being passed to the idiots in Sonoma County – to motivate these fools.

The building permit agency here in Sonoma County was even enlisted to help the Jews try to destroy my life and my family's life. I will detail that in another article. You'll be both appalled and frightened by what they did to us. “Permit Sonoma, previously known as the Permit and Resource Management Department, is Sonoma County's consolidated land use planning and development permitting agency. Virtually any land development or construction that takes place in the unincorporated area of Sonoma County (outside the nine incorporated cities) is reviewed, permitted, and inspected by Permit Sonoma.”

They can be found at permitsonoma.org. These people are criminals, it is incredible. All for the Jewish agenda. But of course the USA is effectively a Jewish dictatorship.

My wife told me today that Laura Passaglia, the judge, looked really bad when we last saw her in the courtroom. She looked gaunt, pale, and haggard. I noted she looked very nervous. She did not look like this when we first saw her in Courtroom 10 in May 2023. She looked fine. Why does she look so bad now? I would think it's because she realizes she's going to be arrested. Hilarious. Carla Rodriguez, the Sonoma County District Attorney, will also be arrested, I would argue.

There are 2 fundamental issues here. The first is the development of the male brain. Ages 17 to 30 or so. Very powerful development, which makes an unstable period. It would appear this affects very powerful brains more than normal brains – which is my son's problem. It's a disability. It will pass.

The Jewish guy who ran the Los Alamos Project, Robert Oppenheimer, had this problem as well. Oppenheimer tried to murder his tutor at Cambridge University! He was about my son's age. My son would never attempt to murder anyone. My son has been entrapped by Israeli intelligence, very likely – by Satan.

The second issue is the criminality of Jews. And the stupidity of European peasants – the people who immigrated to the United States. More on all of this later. By the way, when I was a young guy I did not take any shit from anyone. But the USA was not then a Jewish dictatorship. So I was like my son, but quite a bit more circumspect. But he's much more intelligent than me!

Once again I quote my wonderful wife of 36 years. She passed this to me the other day and I now it publish here:

"My son Christophe was arrested the first time even though the "victim" had not pressed charges, even though Christophe had no criminal history whatsoever, even though he had not showed any signs of physical violence, even though he told the police on the scene of the altercation that he would go home. But in the United States now, our over militarized police feels entitled to act with complete impunity, and even children as young as 9 get arrested. This was handled in a very unprofessional way, or perhaps it was deliberate. Without that first arrest, we would not be where we are."

"Christophe was then given a restraining order which stipulated that he could not go near 6 homes. Six homeowners that he didn't know, had never spoken to in his life. The insinuation was clearly that Christophe was a dangerous individual who somehow meant to harm those people. How is such a court order even legal? Unprofessionalism again? Or pressure from those 6 homeowners? Who are they then? Who are those people that know us, but that we do not know?"

"I do not excuse my son's actions which led to his second arrest. But punishment must match the offense. And it is clear that Christophe was singled out for particularly severe punishment. Why? Declaring him legally incompetent was a gross injustice. There was no evidence whatsoever for it. Showing signs of mental delusions are not a factor. Mental illness and legal incompetence are two separate categories. Besides, the ruling judge must question the suspect to determine if there is legal incompetence. There is a protocol. Judge Passaglia never asked Christophe a single question to determine if he was legally competent. She never talked to him. Why? Who then decided it? One thing is clear, as long as someone is deemed incompetent they can be kept in jail indefinitely. The process is slow. Meanwhile Christophe was heavily medicated. We watched our son slowly being turned into a zombie under the heavy regimen of psychotropic medications that he was being given in jail. He was shaking heavily. We watched the bright flame of his brilliant intellect slowly being extinguished."

"The massive investigation that was launched against my son yielded no evidence whatsoever that Christophe was a threat to anybody. Why was this enormously embarrassing overreaction on the part of the police and prosecution not reflected in the attitude of the court towards him? This was an obvioulsy gross miscarriage of justice, but the judge went along with it. Judge Passaglia ignored all the evidence and chose to be swayed by the pressure that was undoubtedly being put on the DA by "someone" . The judge and the DA seemed in perfect harmony during every hearing. It was incestuous." 

"An article had appeared in the local paper soon after my son's second arrest, and the flavor of that article was rather baffling. It sought to portray both my son and my husband as dangerous anti semites! A rather frequent and overused weapon. Clearly pressure was being put upon the court on this case. Was there a connection between the people who pushed for this article and the 6 mysterious homes on the restraining order?"

"My son shouldn't have done what he did. But the injustice of it all was too much for him to bear. He was trying to repair his life and was working diligently and with great success. But this newspaper article now comes up when his name is googled, as well as the sheriff report about those guns that aren't guns. He felt that this would harm his reputation. He was trying to engage in serious scientific debates online, and someone dredged up his record for all to see. Entrapment? Possibly." 

"Can we expect any fairness now? Can we expect an objective treatment from a court that is willing to inflict 2 strikes on a young man who has never engaged in any form of physical violence. In California, 3 strikes and you're out. Our streets are unsafe, the courts barely punish violent career criminals. But suddenly the court feels the need to protect the public from my son who never laid hand on anyone."

"A man must be judged on his character. I publish below the letters of recommendation that were written by friends, acquaintances and neighbors about Christophe. Those reveal a lot more about him than a short moment of youthful irrational anger (which I deplore) provoked by the overbearing and abusive behavior of a police officer imbued with his sense of power and immunity. Last year my husband was diagnosed with cancer, shortly after Christophe came home from jail. He spent three and a half weeks in the hospital. Christophe stayed with his father during the entire stay, sleeping on chairs."

I should mention that Oliver Hauck and my son are good friends. Hauck was our neighbor across the street, until recently. He and his wife just sold their house. Hauck is now retired, but he was Siemens USA CEO. The other neighbor, Mr David Fiano, is a successful investor. Both are good friends of our family.
